The general terms of sale are provided for the purpose of enabling buyers to place an order. By placing an order the buyer acknowledges his/ her complete acceptance, without exception, of the general sales conditions.
1 – PRICES
1.1- The prices that are listed by Fox in a Box Stockholm include a 60 minutes play of our game, and are shown in SEK.
1.2- All other services that are not included in the initial reservation will be billed in addition.
1.3- Fox in a Box Stockholm reserves the right to request an ID from customers who might be minors.
1.4- Fox in a Box Stockholm reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Services will be billed according to the rates in effect at the moment the order is placed.
2 – RESERVATIONS
2.1- All reservations are processed in real time and are subject to availability. The sale will not be considered final until receipt of a confirmation email from Fox in a Box Stockholm with the order number. The credit card will immediately be debited for the amount of services booked when purchasing online.
2.2- Exchange / Cancellations: Cancellation policy is as follows, for each of the payment varieties.
Groups with 3 or more rooms booked can cancel or reschedule, in part or whole, free of charge up to 7 days prior to the game. If any room is cancelled or rescheduled, whether as part of a booking or the whole booking, within 7 days (including the 7th day ) the fee is 850 SEK per room cancelled.
For groups with 1 - 2 rooms:
Cancellations or rescheduling more than 48 hours prior to scheduled start of game: you are entitled to a full refund.
If a cancellation is requested 48-24 hours prior to scheduled start of game: you may reschedule your game to a later date, or receive a voucher for value of your game.
If a cancellation is requested 24-4 hours before the scheduled start of game: you may reschedule or receive a voucher but 850kr per room will be forfeit or charged.
Regardless of group size, we do not offer refunds or vouchers for groups who do not show up for their game or who cancel within 4 hours of the game start time. Rescheduling within 4 hours of the game start time is considered a cancellation.
Groups of any size can reduce the number of players up to 48 hours in advance and receive a refund for the missing players. Within 48 hours a voucher can be issued on request. To cancel or reschedule your game, or reduce the number of players, please contact info@foxinabox.se
The present general sales conditions are subject of the Swedish law . Swedish Courts shall have sole jurisdiction in case of litigation.
2.3- Since Fox in a Box Stockholm prepares each of the game rooms every day, depending on the amount of people booked, a room plan cannot be provided, and no complaints will be accepted regarding the assignment of a room by Fox in a Box Stockholm.
2.4- By purchasing the buyer certifies that Fox in a Box Stockholm games, components, and puzzles are to be regarded as confidential. Any full or partial disclosure or publication to any third party violates Fox in a Box Stockholm business interests.
3 – METHODS OF PAYMENT- We do not accept any variety of cash payment. Only the following payments may be accepted.
Pay Now(Card only), both require a valid credit or debit card to be used when placing the order. Please note, we do not accept American Express on our online payment portal, only at our locations can we accept a payment with American Express.
Invoice(Organization): For a valid business to receive an invoice for services the form must be filled out correctly when the order is placed. All invoices will have an admin fee of 49 kr added. An additional fee of 25kr will be applied to any invoice that requires a physical copy to be posted.
4 – SECURITY OF PAYMENT AND PERSONAL DATA
4.1- Security of payment
Fox in a Box Stockholm has entrusted its payment system to a specialist in online payment security. We do not keep any customer credit card information on our database.
4.2- Personal data
By booking through roomescapelive.se or foxinabox.se, you consent to the use of those items of your personal data which are necessary to ensure the proper processing of orders. Fox in a Box Stockholm undertakes to only use this data base for information purposes and commercial offers for Fox in a Box Stockholm Games, and not to divulge these data to third parties except upon request by a judicial authority or other administrative authority empowered by law to request the communication of this information. All data is handled with the greatest degree of care and discretion.
5 – ELECTRONIC BOOKING
5.1- Each booking has a unique order number which permits the access to our game.
5.2- The buyer will receive by email a booking confirmation that includes, order number, the exact date, and time of his reservation.
6 – INTERNAL REGULATIONS FOR THE GAME AT FOX IN A BOX STOCKHOLM
6.1- Fox in a Box Stockholm does its utmost to offer you a game room that lives up to your expectations. However, the order, arrangement and casting of the game remain at the discretion of Fox in a Box Stockholm and no complaints will be accepted in the case of a modification to the game.
6.2- It is strictly prohibited to take pictures, film or to record all or part of the game, or of the hall. Any violation of this prohibition will be sanctioned by the confiscation of the device until the end of the game, or will lead to the eviction of the game room, and could be prosecuted before the courts.
6.3- In addition, it is forbidden to reproduce texts, logos, images or any other element which appears either on the website of Fox in a Box Stockholm, or emails sent by Fox in a Box Stockholm
6.4- Fox in a Box Stockholm declines all responsibility for any damages relating to objects belonging to customers.
6.5- Fox in a Box Stockholm is a non-smoking environment.
6.6- Fox in a Box Stockholm does not accept people under the influence of drugs or alcohol into the game rooms. Should any person arrive intoxicated, Fox in a Box Stockholm reserves the right to deny admission and cancel the game in its entirety.
6.7- Fox in a Box Stockholm does not accept any form or verbal or physical aggression. Any person displaying aggression will be ejected from the building immediately and the police will be called, if appropriate
6.8- Willful damage of property will not be tolerated, this includes use of excessive force. Games may be stopped and players ejected from the building. A bill will be issued for the replacement and/or repairs of items. Should the damage also require cleaning there will be an additional fee added to the bill. This starts at 2000SEK. and will be increased according to the extent of the cleaning required.
6.9- The person making the booking agrees to these terms of service on behalf of the whole group and agrees to take responsibility for those who attend Fox in a Box Stockholm. Refunds will not be issued in part or whole should any of these terms be broken.
