FOX IN A BOX - OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT PROTECTIVE MEASURES AGAINST CORONAVIRUS

INCREASED CLEANING AND SANITATION

 We have increased the frequency of the cleaning service in our facility. Guest areas and escape rooms are wiped down with disinfectant between each game and we use a fogging machine to sanitize all areas with hospital grade disinfectant, even the most hard to reach spaces. 

 INCREASED SUPPLY OF ANTIBACTERIAL PRODUCTS

 We have an increased quantity of hand-sanitizers and anti-bacterial wipes available in our reception and lobby areas. We also have nitrile gloves and face masks available upon request.

 RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

Fox in a Box Stockholm will remain open and continue to operate during our regular working hours. If you wish to postpone your escape room experience due to concerns about the Coronavirus please get in touch as soon as possible. We do have virtual escape room experiences that can be played online, from the comfort of your own home, for those that would still like to have socially distanced fun.

If anyone on your team is feeling ill or has symptoms, please do not play any of our physical games until you are fully recovered and symptom free. All players who attend our location are required to sign a waiver confirm they do not have Covid-19 or any symptoms thereof. 

Please note, due to concerns about COVID-19, we have loosened our cancellation and rescheduling policies. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking please contact us on info@foxinabox.se 

Games that are cancelled are entitled to a voucher code  (within 48 hours of your booking) or refund (more than 48 hours of your booking).  Fox in a Box Stockholm reserves the right to retain deposits (300 SEK per room) if cancellation or rescheduling is within four hours of the game time or for groups that do not show up for their game. As much advance notice as possible of your cancellation is always greatly appreciated.
